Andrea Prampolini is Head of Financial, Digital & Markets Tech in the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo. For 20 years he held positions in cash and derivatives trading on various asset classes in London and Milan, including as head of the XVA trading desk of Intesa Sanpaolo. Since 2018 his responsibilities include software and model development for pricing & risk analytics, portfolio management, trading algorithms and tokenization solutions. Graduated with honors in Physics from the University of Milan, he teaches algorithmic trading at the International Master in Fintech, Finance & Digital Innovation in the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. He heads the Fintech and Digitalization Committee of Assiom Forex, the Italian financial association, and represents Intesa Sanpaolo in the Eurosystem PONTES Market Contact Group.

Stefano is part of PwC Italy’s Blockchain & Digital Assets Competence Center, focusing on stablecoins and real‑world asset (RWA) tokenization for financial institutions and corporates. Active in the Bitcoin and blockchain ecosystem since 2016, he works at the intersection of technology, regulation, and operating models, supporting scalable and compliant digital asset initiatives in the space.

Chiara El Rikabi is a finance professional with over a decade of experience. She currently holds the position of Director – Head of Italy & Ticino at 21Shares, a leading company in cryptocurrency Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs). In her role, she focuses on managing client relationships in the Southern European region, particularly in Italy and Switzerland's Canton Ticino, to meet the growing demand for cryptocurrencies and related products. Prior to joining 21Shares, Chiara gained significant experience in financial information and sales.

Keith A. Grossman is a global leader at the intersection of media and technology. As President of MoonPay, he leads the company’s mission to bring digital assets and blockchain technology mainstream. Prior to joining MoonPay, Keith served as President of TIME, where he spearheaded the company’s transformation and its groundbreaking entry into Web3. Under his leadership, TIME’s Web3 strategy modernized the iconic brand, generating eight figures in profit and expanding from community-building initiatives to B2B partnerships. His vision also empowered numerous creators to evolve their unique IP into animated television series through TIME Studios. Before TIME, Keith was the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Bloomberg Media, overseeing growth across the company’s diverse media platforms. He played an instrumental role in launching QuickTake by Bloomberg, a 24/7 social and mobile news network designed for the next generation of global audiences. Earlier in his career, Keith was the Associate Publisher of WIRED and Ars Technica, where he earned two Project Isaac Awards for Best Digital Inventions for his pioneering work on the WIRED Tablet Edition and the Ars Accelerator program. Beyond his executive achievements, Keith is deeply committed to community impact. He serves on the Board of Directors of New York Cares, New York City’s largest volunteer network, and has chaired Stand With Students, the city’s leading initiative supporting Title I schools, since its inception in 2019. In 2025, he launched Crypto for Good, a first-of-its-kind initiative uniting the NYC crypto community to support Stand With Students. Keith has also shared his expertise in academia, previously serving as an Adjunct Professor at NYU and guest lecturing at MIT, Yale, and Cornell, where he has taught about the evolving crypto and blockchain landscape. He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned a degree in Government.

Francesco Insabato è un professionista del settore finanziario specializzato in crypto-asset, blockchain e regolamentazione dei mercati digitali. Attualmente lavora presso ABI – Associazione Bancaria Italiana, dove segue l’adattamento normativo e strategico di crypto-asset, security token e digital euro per il sistema bancario italiano, collaborando con istituzioni nazionali ed europee. Ha esperienza in advocacy regolamentare, coordinamento di gruppi di lavoro e formazione manageriale su tematiche di finanza digitale. È laureato in Finance and International Markets e ha una solida preparazione analitica su mercati finanziari, risk management e innovazione fintech.

After more than 10 years spent across startup and scaleup, Fillippo is part of the DLT & Digital Asset Team since 2021, currently leading the strategy around stabelecoin, digital identity and new business.

Emanuele leads the Blockchain Solutions team at BANCOMAT, focusing on blockchain infrastructure for digital payments and financial services. He previously worked in corporate and investment banking at Deloitte, advising financial institutions on strategy, transformation, and innovation. He specializes in corporate banking, financial markets, collateral management, and blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure, with experience across both traditional banking and emerging fintech ecosystems in Italy and Europe.

Tommaso Astazi is the Policy Director of Blockchain for Europe (BC4EU), the Brussels-based trade association representing the blockchain sector at EU level. Tommaso has been in the blockchain space since 2017 and has a background in EU public affairs and public policy. After working for 5 years as an EU policy consultant at a PA & PR advisory firm in Brussels, he is now leading the policy work and general activities of the BC4EU association, helping its members engage with policymakers and regulators to educate them about the technology and support the future of the blockchain industry in Europe.

Joseph, the founder and managing partner of Axis Group, is a lawyer specialising in regulatory and legal advisory, with a particular emphasis on Axis Group's Decentralised Finance (DeFi) client portfolio. With nearly five years of experience, he provides strategic, client-focused solutions for clients operating in Malta and globally. His clients span DeFi Protocols, Blockchain Infrastructure Providers, Layer-1 solutions, crypto-asset service providers, issuers, and offerors under MiCA; payment and e-money institutions under PSD2 and EMD2 and investment firms under MiFID II. Joseph is a leading advisor for DeFi projects, guiding clients through complex regulatory frameworks onshore and offshore, with clarity and precision. Beyond regulatory advisory, Joseph advises Axis Group's client portfolio on matters relating to offshore structuring. He also spearheads client fundraises and financing initiatives, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to secure successful outcomes. As managing partner, he drives Axis Group's vision of delivering innovative, practical, and results-oriented solutions.

Lorenzo Rigatti is Co-founder and CEO of BlockInvest, a technology platform that enables banks and financial institutions to issue and manage real-world assets and tokenized financial instruments on blockchain. With a background in Management Engineering, he has been working since 2016 on applying blockchain technology to financial markets. He has led international projects at Fincantieri and developed initiatives for technology and financial startups in Switzerland.

Gianluca Sommariva is an entrepreneur and computer engineer. After graduating and spending a period as an AI researcher at the University of Genoa, he co-founded Hodli, a fintech startup that bridges the world of crypto assets and wealth management. Passionate about new technologies, Gianluca combines technical expertise with strategic vision to create digital products that simplify user experiences, while promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in his local area.
